SeoulHobbi: Chuncheon, Gapyeong, Nami Island and a barrier-free tour

Open to all, lots of fun, good food and a day outside of Seoul: come join us at SeoulHobbi!

Very close from Seoul, you can find a destination quite famous among foreigners: Nami

Island and the cities of Chuncheon and Gapyeong. Nothing much of a hassle, but for some of us with disabilities, everything has to be planned and thought about again and again. Here at SeoulHobbi, we wanted to make sure everyone could enjoy this one day tour!

From beach wheelchairs to renovated restrooms, audio-descriptions or even provided accessible transportation, barrier-free tourism is slowly (but surely) becoming the norm all over South Korea. And local governments are making great efforts so that everyone gets to enjoy all of the country! The region of Gyeonggi-do is especially ahead of the others with some tailored programs that facilitate the travels of seniors, people with disabilities or anyone that could be facing travel-vulnerability.

Choosing Gyeonggi-do for our first official barrier-free tour came as an evidence. As a company that is working towards a better future for everyone, we hope to be able to bring awareness not only on sustainability but also on a disability-inclusive future.

Encouraging every traveler to, even for a second, open their eyes and understand the difficulties others may face in everyday life is what will help accessibility become the only option. The SeoulHobbi team is proud to advocate for better tomorrow!

This One-Day tour includes not only some free time on the Nami Island but also a cable car ride, a canoe activity and in between some delicious food, the hassle-free transportation from and to Seoul. Please note that every tour is also completely customizable.
