For every young people interested in K-beauty and the manufacturing of today\u2019s leading brands, South Korean (Round Lab, Beauty of Joseon, etc.) but also foreign ones (Yves Saint Laurent or even Dior) Kolmar Korea (\ud55c\uad6d\ucf5c\ub9c8) HQ in Sejong City , South Korea, might be the starting point of a career in the industry.<\/p>

If you are not familiar with the brand Kolmar Korea, it is certainly because as an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM), they mainly work behind the scenes for brands and their name is almost never visible on any item they produce. Leader in the global cosmetic manufacturing market, 2025 was the year of expansion in the US with the opening of their second factory in the country, making Kolmar the main ODM of the region. 2026 is also already a year of great news, since the group announced last February their wish to definitely close their factory in Beijing to relocalise in Sejong in a brand-new complex by 2028.<\/p>

Whether it is to give full transparency to their clients and investors or to showcase what someone would call the K-innovation, Kolmar Korea having their HQ open to visit is nevertheless a good way to recruit new talents and also to give an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the different professions of the industry.<\/p>

Kolmar Korea have contributed to a lot activities for the most vulnerable groups with notable donations (through the local communication council of Sejong City or even the support given to the Korea Kolmar-Dream Growth Support Project for example) for a few years now. Here are the details on how to apply to the tour:<\/p>

A letter of application is necessary and to be sent at least two weeks prior to the desired date, stating the purpose of the visit. A confirmation e-mail will be sent if the company accepts the inquiry. From high-school students to older and up to a group of 40 people can apply. Accommodation is not provided and photography inside of the factory is strongly prohibited.<\/p>

Two time slots are open, 11am or 5pm (tour are not conducted during holidays, weekends or during the company\u2019s official vacation time). During the tour, the visitors will be able to see the museum of the brand\u2019s history, do a tour of the research laboratory and of the cosmetic production lines, for a total of 40 minutes.<\/p>

Applications are to be sent directly on the Kolmar Korea Korean version of the website, under the category \u201cBUSINESS\u201d and \u201c\uacac\ud559\ubb38\uc758\u201d.<\/p>
