Yanatrip aims to become a Middle East travel hub, using the Dubai Expo as a springboard

Since 2019, Arabian Adventure has been active as a GSA, establishing a nationwide sales network

Website launch in December, with the B2B channel ‘Yanattrip Partners’ also in the pipeline

Focus on the Middle East, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi, in the fourth quarter, targeting business and FIT travellers

Yanatrip, which acts as the GSA for Arabian Adventure, has signalled its intention to become a leading hub for Middle Eastern travel, capitalising on the opportunity presented by Expo 2020 Dubai. Alongside Arabian Adventure’s infrastructure, the company is set to undergo various changes within the year, including the launch of its own website and the expansion of its B2B channels.

A travel service platform encompassing both FIT and B2B

Yanatrip began as a tour and activity platform and has since evolved into a comprehensive travel service provider covering both FIT and B2B sectors. In particular, it has entered into direct contracts with DMCs (Destination Management Companies) in key destinations to offer a diverse range of products. Recently, it has focused on travel to the Middle East, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi, providing a wide range of services such as accommodation, transport, sightseeing, golf and MICE. Even amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the company is collaborating with local partners to provide safe travel services. It plans to launch a new website this December and is also preparing ‘Yanatrip Partners’, an expanded version of its existing B2B channel dedicated to travel agencies.

Among Yanatrip’s many strengths, the most notable is its partnership with Arabian Adventures. In 2019, the company signed a GSA agreement with Arabian Adventures, gaining significant momentum in strengthening its presence in the Middle Eastern travel market. Arabian Adventures, a state-owned travel agency belonging to the Emirates Group, is a DMC specialising in professional travel services. Centred around its Dubai headquarters, it operates directly or through GSA partners in 13 countries and employs over 400 multilingual staff. It operates departments covering FIT, MICE, sports & leisure, and cruises, ensuring expertise in each area, whilst maintaining service quality through a dedicated 24-hour customer service and emergency response team.

Furthermore, through substantial investment in online platforms, it has developed a B2B platform that facilitates seamless communication with suppliers and partners. Key luxury services include ▲ airport VIP fast-track and lounge services ▲ safari tours in desert conservation areas ▲ luxury golf club travel services ▲ luxury honeymoons. Yanatrip has currently signed memoranda of understanding (MOUs) with travel agencies nationwide, including those in Gyeonggi, Gwangju, Daejeon, Daegu and Jeju, to promote tourism cooperation with Dubai.
