Sports Plus (CEO Shin Young-dae), a sports PR and marketing company, is recruiting a tour group to visit the Korean matches at the 2022 Qatar World Cup in collaboration with Yana Trip (CEO Cho Ji-hwan), a travel agency specializing in the Middle East.

The 2022 Qatar World Cup, to be held this coming November, features stadiums located within downtown Doha, making travel and spectating in person convenient. However, high accommodation costs are expected due to a shortage of lodging. Sports Plus and Yana Trip have launched a World Cup package that involves staying in the United Arab Emirates while traveling to Qatar for the matches. This package includes first-class seats for Korea’s three group stage matches, World Cup souvenirs, meals, beverages, and alcohol, as well as round-trip airfare between Incheon and Dubai and Dubai and Doha. Local sightseeing in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, including visits to the Burj Khalifa and desert safaris, is also included. Accommodation is provided at 4-star hotels or apartment hotels in Dubai.

Sports Plus, a sports PR and marketing company, is recruiting a tour group to visit the Korean team’s matches. Sports Plus announced, “We have secured a large number of Category 1 first-class World Cup tickets through a partnership with Yana Trip.” Sports Plus added, “Prices range from 7.45 million won for a 5-night, 7-day package to watch one match live, including local cultural tours, to 12.57 million won for an 11-night, 13-day package to watch three matches live, based on first-class tickets for Korean matches.” They also noted, “Customized packages are available depending on the buyer’s requirements.”

Sports Plus has decided to provide free COVID-19 PCR tests (tests conducted directly by nurses at the hotel, worth approximately $100 per test) required upon entry into Qatar and Korea for those who book a Qatar World Cup tour package through the platform.
